Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and World Economic Forum
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Oversee $50M innovation budget allocation for emerging tech incubation
- Author '2026 Horizon Report' influencing global tech policy and industry standards
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Visionary Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in futurism or technology forecasting
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published thought leadership in Nature, Harvard Business Review, or equivalent
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI governance
- Security clearance or background in national tech strategy development
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
