Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026-adjacent opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating rapid technological change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps and adoption strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advolve client portfolios through iterative innovation sprints and prototyping
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling narrative visualization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their industry-specific implications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of work shaping future-oriented initiatives
