Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration) to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for sustainable tech adoption across Fortune 500 partners
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Build scenario-planning models for climate resilience and resource optimization
- Represent company at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Strong background in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Fluency in strategic visualization tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
