- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership content positioning Nexus as the 2026 innovation authority
- Oversee cross-functional teams executing prototype initiatives for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)

- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
