Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy with proven 2020+ technology deployment
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review/Wired or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning using Delphi methods and AI-powered trend analysis
- Track record of securing $10M+ in innovation grants
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Cassandra, Trendalyzer Pro)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented futuristic solutions
