As part of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and product roadmaps that define our industry leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026-2030
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities and risk mitigation
- Design and maintain a technology radar system tracking 200+ emerging trends
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into actionable development roadmaps
- Represent Nexus Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario-planning work for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and long-term strategic pivots
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
