Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Produce quarterly 'FutureScan' reports with actionable market intelligence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize emerging tech innovations
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future industries
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario modeling frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-relevant projects (AI ethics, climate tech, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate uncertainty
