Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026, analyzing technological, societal, and economic megatrends
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development and business strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Strong communication ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
