Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026+) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic concepts into current business models
- Present trend forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership content on future tech trends and their societal impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least 3 future-critical domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented innovation initiatives
