Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their implications
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through white papers and keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-convergence, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready products
- Advanced proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
