- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Monitor competitive intelligence and disruptor ecosystems
- Advise on long-term talent development for emerging skillsets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficient in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with data visualization tools for trend communication
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
