Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product launches in partnership with C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and market research teams
- Author industry-defining thought leadership reports and predictive scenario analyses
- Establish ethical frameworks for future-facing technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic vision to executive boards and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (quantum/AI/bio-tech focus)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
- PMP or similar certification preferred
