Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create 2026 innovation roadmaps with C-suite executives
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts and geopolitical influences
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR interfaces, brain-computing interfaces)
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with compliance teams
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
