Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for global market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trends
- Produce high-impact executive reports on future-proofing business models
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives against future-state benchmarks
- Represent FutureWorks at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and market contexts
