- Produce annual Horizon Scan reports for C-suite with actionable recommendations
- Design resilience protocols for supply chain and workforce disruptions predicted for 2026
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions with 18-month runway
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks focused on next-generation innovation
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
