Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) to forecast 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future vision
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging tech trends (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network with futurist thought leaders and research institutions
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
