- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present executive insights through compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D to translate futurist concepts into tangible product roadmaps
- Establish industry thought leadership via whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation publications
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., causal layered analysis)
