- Author predictive reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent Nexus at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating insights to strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
