Responsibilities

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future strategies with company goals.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor global technological and societal shifts to identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused initiatives.
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders.
- Author thought leadership content and white papers on future trends.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Economics, or Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in the technology or consulting industry preferred.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, etc.) and their potential impact.
- Ability to think critically and creatively about future scenarios.
