Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and synthesize actionable 2026-2030 strategic forecasts
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present executive insights through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and scale emerging technologies
- Lead thought leadership initiatives (whitepapers, TEDx talks, industry panels)
- Mentor next-gen futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ high-stakes stakeholder engagements
- Advanced certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM, SFI)
- Publication record in top-tier innovation journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT SMR)
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with innovation focus
