Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to anticipate technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Produce trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into product development
- Quantify market potential for emerging technologies using predictive analytics
- Advise clients on strategic pivots to capitalize on mid-decade disruptions
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts across emerging industries
- Author thought leadership content on future-proofing business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal detection
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate future visions to stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy projects with measurable impact
