- Lead stakeholder workshops to align C-suite vision with R&D roadmaps
- Produce whitepapers and scenario-planning models for board-level decision support
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on future-focused research initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
