Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on emerging technology adoption timelines
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development and market expansion strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026 industry transformations
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and simulation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmap development
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional synthesis of complex global trends across tech, policy, and socioeconomic domains
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight toolkits (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
- Ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
