Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating post-quantum computing landscapes
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate predictive analytics into strategic foresight models
- Produce quarterly trend reports and white papers on future-proof business strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on 2030 readiness
- Design and launch experimental innovation labs for emerging tech validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Expertise in AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or sustainability domains
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
