- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums as a thought leader
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation topics
- Experience with scenario planning for decentralized systems and AI governance
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution with specialization in technology strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
