Responsibilities

- Develop actionable 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proof initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for board members and key stakeholders
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader through white papers and conference keynotes
- Partner with R&D to incubate 5-10 year innovation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author or recognized authority in future studies (e.g., World Future Society member)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with data-driven future projections
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Deloitte Insights)
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field preferred
