Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive forces affecting industry landscape
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or future-focused innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
