Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for board-level decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market-disrupting potential
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future workforce paradigms
- Partner with product teams to prototype 2026-vision solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology trend analysis (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
