Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Develop 2026 strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for market disruption
- Present trend analyses and innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Publish thought leadership on industry evolution and future-proofing strategies
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough initiatives aligned with 2026 projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
