Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum-resistant security and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Author forward-looking whitepapers on synthetic biology convergence with digital infrastructure
- Advise executive team on regulatory pathways for metaverse interoperability standards
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for quantum computing adoption
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology convergence
- Proven track record publishing disruptive trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V)
- Experience designing ethical frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Exceptional visual communication skills for complex future-state scenarios
