Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to map 2026+ industry trajectories
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and present to C-suite executives on future disruption scenarios
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting digital transformation
- Design organizational resilience protocols for technological singularity events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight program)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through compelling narratives
