Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals with ≥5 citations in top-10 tech publications
- Expertise in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Proven track record influencing policy at G7 or WEF forums
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
