Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years at Big Tech or quantum computing research institutions
- Published work in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulations and causal inference modeling
- Deep expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) standards and AI ethics frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from strategic foresight projects
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Quil)
