Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead innovation sprints on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and hyper-automation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a global foresight think tank
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, AI, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of executing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
