Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Design strategic frameworks for product innovation aligned with 5-10 year future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption opportunities in target industries
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers focused on future studies
- Present futuristic roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence for 2026 readiness
- Drive internal culture initiatives fostering 'future-first' mindsets across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong network within futurist communities (e.g., World Future Society, Foresight Practitioners)
