- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting emerging technologies across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce annual 'Future Horizon' reports with scenario-based roadmaps
- Partner with VC firms to identify and integrate next-gen startups
- Represent company at global futurism forums (e.g., Davos, Singularity Summit)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (journal articles, white papers)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
