Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact white papers on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Advise executive team on long-term investment decisions and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal change
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
