Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote decks, industry reports)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
