- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership platforms
- Design and maintain a real-time horizon scanning system for early trend detection

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies

- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFPC preferred)
