Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for innovation adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting tech ecosystems
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
