- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with 200+ validated future scenarios
- Curate exclusive symposia with world-class futurists and industry disruptors
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in AI-driven transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio of enterprise-level futures work
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or innovation journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis platforms (Gartner, Forrester, TrendHunter)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certified in Futures Design Thinking or equivalent methodology
