Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive 5-year roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align futuristic concepts with market viability
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations at industry conferences
- Maintain competitive intelligence database on global innovation ecosystems
- Drive adoption of future-proofing frameworks across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Strong statistical modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
