Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Produce actionable foresight reports and executive briefings on future market disruptions
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning R&D with future human needs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to embed future literacy across organizational silos
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends affecting long-term strategy
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systemic futures methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Track record of influencing C-suite strategy with forward-looking recommendations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight work
