Responsibilities

- Produce predictive impact reports on biotech-neural interface integration
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Secure $50M+ in federal innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
- Author white papers on human-AI symbiosis for World Economic Forum
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging technology commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Bioengineering with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature or Science on exponential technologies
- Portfolio of commercialized future-tech products (e.g., quantum sensors, neural prosthetics)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Demonstrated success securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Speaking record at TED, Davos, or equivalent high-impact forums
