- Partner with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning FutureWorks as an industry futurist authority
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies certification (e.g., CFIP)
- Demonstrated success in driving large-scale innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
