- Collaborate with C-suite to align 5-year strategic plans with future disruptors
- Curate quarterly futures intelligence reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and government futurist programs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, biotech, or climate tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures insights into actionable strategies
