Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological black swan events
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitor innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technological trends (2018-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
