As part of our elite Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to develop actionable roadmaps that anticipate and shape the future. You'll leverage cutting-edge data analytics, scenario modeling, and trend forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate potential risks in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' whitepapers and strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 sustainability, AI, and quantum computing paradigms
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer 2026-relevant solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategic positioning
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic foresight projects
