- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight and long-term scenario planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Credibility as a thought leader with published industry insights
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
