- Produce actionable scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry keynote presentations
- Maintain a global network of futurists and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC from APF)
- Published work on future-of-work or technological disruption
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategies
